The results of a collection of those tests are attached, with the idea of giving you a comparable example as to how our technology could behave in your application. GPC Cyclone Dust Collector
This cyclone is a member of Aerodyne’s compact and highly efficiency dust collection equipment series, and represents an improvement over conventional high-efficiency cyclones.
It does not require a long, tapered body for effective dust separation and is available in horizontal or vertical configurations– making it ideal for facilities with limited space or overhead clearance.
SplitStream Cyclone Dust Collector
The SplitStream is another of Aerodyne’s compact yet highly efficient cyclone dust collectors, specializing in abrasive or “tough” particulate handling. Like the GPC, it can be configured horizontally or vertically with little impact on collection efficiencies.
This cyclone also has the ability to increase/decrease process temperature while collecting dust, with a unique cyclonic design ensuring that minimal particulate comes in contact with the interior walls.
Vacu-Valve
The Vacu-Valve remains one of the most economical and effective ways to manage dust discharged under negative pressure vacuums. This trickle valve has a fitted duckbill sleeve, which adjusts to the desired vacuum to continuously discharge material without any controls, lubrication, or power supply.
It can handle abrasive and high temperature applications at a fraction of the cost of the rotary airlock valves it typically replaces.
