Industrial Dust Collector Customer Installations - Abrasives Industry
The top and bottom views of a 4,500 cfm SplitStream™ Industrial Dust Collector used in
the manufacturing of grinding wheels. The interior walls of the industrial dust collector show very little signs of abrasion even with the highly abrasive nature of
the dust being collected. The powerful secondary air stream used in the
SplitStream's design creates a centrifugal action along the walls of the
collector. This air stream keeps abrasive materials from contacting the
collector walls and increases efficiency over conventional mechanical
collectors.
